2. Once one of our amazing team members have reviewed your request, they will be happy to reach out to you within 48 hours to get the planning process started.

3. If there is a food minimum required, we will ask for a $200 deposit to secure the date.

Gweniver is a sizeable food truck that measures 30 feet long and is quite the powerhouse with her own enclosed generator and the ability to hook up to a 50-amp electric supply. With those capabilities, you have the flexibility to operate in various locations, whether you're set up in areas with available power hookups or relying on Gweniver's generator for off-grid ventures.

In addition to her on the go capabilities, she is all up to date with her licenses, insurance and inspections.

In response to the escalating costs of ingredients, operational expenses, and supply chain challenges, we are implementing minimum order requirements for select bookings.

Lunch minimums:

- Sunday: $750

- Tuesday-Friday: $650

- Saturday: $1,000

Dinner Minimums:

- Sunday: $700

- Tuesday-Thursday: $700

- Friday and Saturday: $1500

**Food minimums do not include service charges or tax**

- Typical event time is 2-3 hours.

- 2 employees will be on the truck, additional employees will be added to larger events.

- We can offer our standard food truck menu (see below) or our team will be happy to craft a custom menu based on your culinary desires.

- Our team will be happy to have the custom menu printed for your event.

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. To ensure that we can accommodate all our guests efficiently, we require any cancellations to be made at least 24 hours in advance, in writing, of the scheduled event.

If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us by contacting Jason Musick at smokin@barbwirebarbecue.com at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

Options for Cancellation within the 24 hour window:

Rescheduling: We are happy to work with you to find another suitable date and time for your event. Please inform us of your preferred rescheduled date at the time of cancellation.

Deposit Refund: In case of cancellation within the 24-hour window, we will refund your deposit in the form of a gift card. This gift card can be utilized at our food truck or our restaurant.

Special Menu Items: In the event of a cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled time and if special items that are not regularly stocked were procured for the event, the host will be responsible for covering the costs associated with these items. Such costs may exceed the initial deposit, and immediate payment will be expected for the outstanding balance. The host has the option to collect the special items and prepared food for personal use at their discretion. Alternatively, we are happy to arrange for the donation of these items to charity on behalf of the host.

Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled event may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
